COVID-19 Info

At all Northwest Eye Surgeons clinics, we continue to screen everyone for symptoms of COVID-19.

• In compliance with the Washington State Face Covering Requirement, patients and visitors are required to wear a mask in our facility. A mask will be provided if you do not have one.
• Patients who decline to wear a mask will be rescheduled. 

For patient and staff safety, if you have symptoms, please call us at 800-826-4631, ext 2 and we will reschedule appointments.

All NWES clinics and surgery centers are open Mon-Fri, 8 am to 5 pm.
