Maximilian Psolka, MD
Max Psolka, MD joined Northwest Eye Surgeons in 2023. He specializes in cornea, cataract, and refractive surgery. A retired US Army Colonel, Dr. Psolka served as a Flight Surgeon while stationed in Europe. He completed his Ophthalmology Residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center before completing a Cornea & Refractive Surgery Fellowship at Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute. Before joining Northwest Eye Surgeons, he served as Chief of Ophthalmology & Refractive Surgery at Keller Army Community Hospital in West Point NY, and at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood TX. He is board-certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
In his free time, Dr. Psolka enjoys fishing, biking, hiking, and boating, and is a voracious football fan (“We are! PENN STATE!”).

Dr. Psolka is a retired Army Colonel with extensive experience as a Flight Surgeon and Army ophthalmologist. He served as Chief of Ophthalmology & Refractive Surgery at Keller Army Community Hospital in West Point NY, and at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood TX. Before moving to Washington, he was located in the Southwest, where he provided care in Texas, Utah, and Colorado.
